Description of Mini Travel Giant Chess Board 5' x 5'
This Mini Giant Travel Chessboard is a smaller version of our giant travel chess board and is made to fit the mini-giant chess pieces. It is made of heavy-duty nylon fabric, with 7" stitched squares. It can be folded, walked on, beaten-up and it still look great. It can even be carefully washed. This board folds down to a very compact size for easy transport.

Chess Parent from Seattle Mini Travel Giant Chess Board 5' x 5' ReviewWhen thinking of storage, the fabric board takes up less room than the snap together plastic board that comes with the 1' tall set. It's also faster and easier to set up for play. Only possible drawback, it's not perfectly flat, slight rumples in fabric which is fine but the 1' tall pieces we got aren't very heavy to weigh down the fabric board. Still recommend it over the time it takes to assemble the snap together, plastic one.
