DESCRIPTION
This Quality Magnetic Travel Chess Set is a snap-closed plastic box with plastic hinges that opens up to a 8" x 8" board with a 6 ¾" x 6 ¾" playing area. Its 7/8" squares are a perfect fit for the small 3-dimensional chess pieces whose magnetic bases keep them firmly planted on the board, no matter where you travel. The board features algebraic notation on all sides and is made of black durable plastic. This set is a perfect set for new chess students or for those who want a very nice playable chess set for travelling.
