Tai from Philadelphia Pocket Mini-Magnetic Travel Chess Set ReviewWorst thing i bought from this site yet. The locking mechanism makes the board wobble and the magnets in the pieces are weak yet they are strong enough to stick to each other. They gave me two rooks which made me really disappointed. I play chess in school when I'm done all my work and i wanted a pocket sized chess set yet this wasn't what i was looking for.
Tracy from Myrtle Beach Pocket Mini-Magnetic Travel Chess Set ReviewExactly what I ordered and it came quickly with a great price
Cub Noble from Ankeny Iowa Pocket Mini-Magnetic Travel Chess Set ReviewI bought this mini chess set because I needed a travel chess set for chess tournaments and for the long period of registration that occurs before each tournament. I bring this chess set along to play because it is not too big and not too small. The chess board is easy to fit into your pocket . . . Andrew from Boulder Pocket Mini-Magnetic Travel Chess Set ReviewThe description inaccurately claims that the magnets keep the pieces "firmly planted on the board." This is a gross exaggeration. It is almost not possible to tell that the pieces are magnetized at all. On the plus side, it's hard to find such a small set with real 3D chessmen that aren't just flat discs with pictures on them. After I purchased and glued on separate tiny magnets I finally ended up with a mini chess set that's quite nice.
