I bought this game for my 6 year old grandson who has recently become interested in chess. It has levels from basic beginner to master. The "Fun" levels are great for an absolute beginner. They actually have the opportunity to beat the computer so they don't get discouraged. I liked it so much, I bought one for myself!

This is a decent chess first chess computer, although the speech is not needed . It says that I made a mistake often when i gain material or even mate in one to two moves. I would , if i had to buy an entry level chess computer buy the saitek mephisto chess trainer for less money
