Please note that the day the order ships and weekend days do not count in the delivery time. For example, if you place an order on Friday evening and select 2nd Day Air Service, Wholesale Chess will ship your order on Monday and it will be scheduled to arrive on the following Wednesday. The US Postal Service does not guarantee Priority Mail delivery dates. UPS does not guarantee UPS Ground delivery dates the two weeks prior to Christmas but based on our past holiday experience with UPS they still deliver more than 90% of the UPS Ground packages on time during the holiday season. All expedited UPS shipping methods (3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air) are guaranteed by UPS. However, please remember that if orders are delayed due to weather or other conditions outside the control of UPS their guarantee does not apply. Most of our orders ship from our warehouse in Utah. Typical transit time for a package shipping to the North East is five business days, not counting the day the order ships or weekend days. Typical transit time for a package shipping to the West Coast is two business days, not counting the day the order ships or weekend days.
