We use a scaled pricing structure so that we can offer better pricing for greater quantity. We do not have special pricing for schools, community centers, churches, or - that is who we sell to mostly anyway! However, you are rewarded with additional discounts if you order in greater quantity via the 60 day rolling history of order totals and individual item discounts (see below).
LOW PRICE GUARANTEE
Wholesale Chess will always match or beat anyone's prices! We strive to
stay as competitive as possible with our published prices, but if
you find a better price out there or think you might find a better
price later, don't worry - we will match it.
PRICE MATCH
Wholesale Chess will match prices on any item that shows the Price Match option on the web page. To match prices on that item simply click the link and follow the instructions. You will be asked to enter the store name, the URL of where you saw the price (see example below). You can then fill in the quantity of items you want along with the price for us to match. Then you will be taken to the shopping cart where the updated prices are shown. Please be accurate as any mistakes or wrong information will delay your order. We will generally not match prices on phone orders! You must use the online Price Match feature!

60 DAY ROLLING HISTORY
Wholesale Chess offers extra discounts based on a 60 day rolling history. A 60 day rolling history is defined as the acumulation all orders placed ONLINE in the last 60 days. While orders placed 61 days in the past or longer are stored in your account, they do NOT count toward any discounts.
- CUMULATIVE ITEM DISCOUNTS - Many items at Wholesale Chess are priced based on a tiered pricing structure. The total quantity of items you order is tracked and you are given the appropriate price based on the 60 day rolling history of that item. You are NOT refunded for past orders made at smaller quantities, but the discount is given on current orders in which you meet the new price tier. This works by adding the total number of that item purchased in the last 60 days
to the total items you intend to purchase in your cart to qualify you for the best
discounts. (Example: If you ordered 12 of a particular chess set 45 days ago and now
realize you need 8 more, you can buy those 8 at the 20+ price. You would not get a rebate on what you paid for the original 12 sets at the 10+ price. If a few
days after ordering the additional sets need to order just 2 more sets, you get those sets at the 20+ price too!)
- MEMBERSHIP LEVEL DISCOUNT - Based on your total order amount (price of items minus discounts and exluding shipping), you are eligible for different membership status. The types of membership are Basic, Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each has it's own % discount. Discounts are taken on the total dollar value of items and does not apply to shipping. Discounts are given according the the following table:

BLIND DROP SHIP OPTION
Wholesale Chess gives members the option to have Wholesale Chess drop ship items to their customers. This is BLIND drop shipping, where Wholesale Chess does not send any information to your customer - no invoice, no packing slip, no email, no tracking information - nothing that says Wholesale Chess. The return address on the shipping label will be your address. You will receive tracking information that you can pass on to your customer. All correspondence will be kept between you and Wholesale Chess.
REPEAT ORDER FUNCTION
Wholesale Chess offers an easy Repeat Order function to help you if you need to order the same types of things regularly. Just hit REPEAT ORDER in the member center and that order will be put into the cart page. You can add, subtract, and edit your order. This function is simply for quick reorders!
CANCEL ORDER FUNCTION
Wholesale Chess allows you to cancel an order online if you have made an error on your order. Wholesale Chess will immediately cancel your order. You cannot un-cancel an order, but if you need to place that order again (or similar) you can use the REPEAT ORDER function as described above!
ORDER STATUS/TRACKING INFORMATION
The Member Center will show you a lot of information about your order, including tracking information (once the order has shipped). That information is generally reliable. The tracking information is supplied by UPS or the United States Postal Service and cannot be guaranteed by Wholesale Chess to be completely accurate (though it is the SAME information you will get from UPS or USPS - they just have a disclaimer about accuracy that we must also give). If you believe that there is any problems with your order or order status, please contact us immediately!
ORDER METHODS
You MUST place your order online if you want to take advantage of the member center. Orders placed via fax, phone, mail, or email (not through the shopping cart) will NOT count toward discounts!
ORDER NOTIFICATION
You will be immediately notified if Wholesale Chess cannot, for
any reason, process your order.
AFFILIATE POLICY

You will earn one ChessPoint for every dollar, rounded to the nearest whole dollar in US dollars, spent on merchandise by a visitor to our site who enters the site from your affiliate link. You will not earn chess points on shipping costs or taxes. That visitor must make the purchase during his session. You will not get credit for purchases made by customers who return but who do not enter through your link, or for future purchases made by Wholesale Chess Members you referred (unless they always enter through your affiliate link!). You will not get credit when you make a purchase going through your own affiliate link. You will receive credit on purchases regardless of the buyer's payment method. You will be debitted ChessPoints for orders that are cancelled or do not go through.
REDEEMING YOUR CHESSPOINTS
As a Wholesale Chess Affiliate you will earn ChessPoints by driving traffic to the wholesalechess.com website. These ChessPoints will be electronically tallied and maintained on our servers. You will have access to see your accumulate ChessPoints by logging on to your account. Wholesale Chess will award you the following rewards for your ChessPoints:
$1 in wholesalechess.com store credit for every 15 ChessPoints earned
$1 in cash for every 20 ChessPoints earned (minimum $10 earned is required before you can request a check)
You can redeem your ChessPoints for store credit at any time by logging in and submitting a redemption request. Credit will be emailed to you as a PROMO code for use in the PROMO field on the shopping cart page. Cash will be sent by check within 5 business days via US Mail to your account address made payable to the contact person on the account. Your account will then be debited the amount of the request. Wholesale Chess is not responsible for fraud. Please guard your account information carefully and make sure your account contact information is accurate.
PROGRAM AGREEMENT
Wholesale Chess does not enter into any legally binding agreement with any person or organization enrolled in the Wholesale Chess Affiliate Program. The Wholesale Chess Affiliate Program is a good-faith program. We appreciate your patronage and want to reward you for it. However, Wholesale Chess does not legally need to track your ChessPoints or reward you for any links you create or any customers you introduce to our website. However, it is in our best interest to be 100% honest in this program as we want your business and your trust. Any disputes you may have with our Affiliate Program will be handled internally.
