Missing/Replacement Piece Policy

Here at Wholesale Chess, most of our plastic pieces come with a lifetime missing piece guarantee. Here's how it works:

If you have a defective or missing piece when you receive your order, please let us know within a week of receiving your order and we will be happy to provide you a free replacement including free shipping.

If you break or lose a piece covered under our missing piece guarantee, we will still be happy to replace it for you. However, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. If you are placing a new order with us and need a replacement piece for a previous order, just let us know; we will be happy to add your replacement piece(s) to your new order and waive the missing piece shipping fee for you.

Sets that have a one-year warranty will be treated with the same replacement rule as sets with a lifetime guarantee. If they arrive damaged, let us know within one week of receiving your order and we will replace them for you. Pieces will then be replaced according to our standard replacement rule for one year. Wooden pieces will not be replaced for free unless they arrive damaged and you notify us within one week of receiving your order. Contact us for specific wooden replacement piece prices and availability.

If you ordered your set with a lifetime guarantee from us more than a year ago and have lost or damaged a piece, we will do our best to accommodate you, but be aware that sometimes the pieces don't match exactly with what we have now due to changes in manufacturing.

If we feel this replacement piece policy is being abused, we reserve the right to refuse replacing pieces for you.
