PURCHASE ORDERS:Wholesale Chess accepts purchase orders from public schools and government municipalities (libraries, parks and recreation departments, etc).
To submit your Purchase Order follow these two simple steps:
First, add all of the desired items to your shopping cart online, then checkout choosing the Purchase Order payment option. You can do this even if your purchase order has not been approved. This gives you an accurate document to create your agency's purchase order that shows the item number, the amount you want, the color and cost of the items and the shipping charges. We cannot ship without appropriate shipping charges on your purchase order. Purchase orders totaling less than $50, not including shipping, are subject to a $5.00 purchase order handling fee.
Second, fax the purchase order generated by your purchasing department to (801) 880-1098 or mail in your purchase order. Please make sure your Wholesale Chess order number is listed on the purchase order. After we verify your organization meets our requirements for the use of purchase orders, we will ship your order immediately and send you the invoice for payment.
