If you have a defective or missing piece when you receive your order, please let us know within a week of receiving your order and we will be happy to provide you a free replacement including free shipping.
If you break or lose a piece more than 30 days after placing your order, you are welcome to find replacement pieces on our individual chess pieces page.
Because there are so many differences in grain, size, and styling of wood chess pieces, wooden pieces will not ever be replaced by Wholesale Chess unless they arrive damaged and you notify us within one week of receiving your order. Contact us for specific wooden replacement piece prices and availability.
If you ordered your set from us more than a year ago and have lost or damaged a piece, we will do our best to accommodate you, but be aware that sometimes the pieces don't match exactly with what we have now due to changes in manufacturing.
If we feel this replacement piece policy is being abused, we reserve the right to refuse replacing pieces for you.
