STORE POLICY - ORDER METHODS

You may order from Wholesale Chess via online shopping cart or via phone. We prefer you order online as it is much easier for you and for us. To order by phone please call at the number found on the Customer Service home page. To order via shopping cart please add items to your cart and proceed through the shopping cart checkout.
 

PROCESSING ORDERS

When you complete the checkout process an order is created and we begin to process your order immediately. Please do all of the research and ask all of the questions you need before you order!  In most cases we will not be able to edit orders once they have been placed.
 

RECEIPT

A receipt will be emailed to you after your order is processed. A packing slip will be included with most orders.
 

ORDER NOTIFICATION

You will be notified via email and/or phone if Wholesale Chess cannot, for any reason, process your order. 
 

CANCELLING ORDERS

Wholesale Chess processes orders as quickly as possible.  If your order has already been processed then it may only be returned as subject to our return policy.
 

PAYMENT METHODS

Wholesale Chess accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. Wholesale Chess also accepts PayPal payments. Wholesale Chess may also decide, at its discretion, to accept purchase orders from schools and government municipalities, libraries, etc.

If you elect to cancel an order in which you have used PayPal as a payment method before it is shipped, you will be responsible for the non-refundable 3% PayPal cancellation fee.
