Purchase Orders
To better serve our institutional clients, Wholesale Chess accepts Purchase Orders (POs) from approved schools, organizations, nonprofit entities, and government agencies. Our terms are Net 30.
Submitting a Purchase Order: Four Simple Steps
Step 1: Complete the New Customer Application (First-Time PO Customers Only)
If this is your first Purchase Order with Wholesale Chess, please complete our New Customer Application (CLICK HERE). This brief, one-time form enables us to better understand your organization and its chess program needs. To ensure timely processing, please answer all applicable sections in full.
NOTE: If your organization has previously submitted a Purchase Order to Wholesale Chess, you may skip this step.
Once your application has been submitted, the next step is for you to request a formal price quote for the item/s you wish to order. To do this, we will need the following information:
- * A list of all of the item/s that you wish to purchase, including
- * Product Code
- * Name of Product
- * Product Options (if applicable) – Example of options include color and size
- * Product Price
- * Shipping Cost (if applicable) – This can be calculated via the website
- * The address that you would like the order to be shipped to
Please DO NOT prepare the Purchase Order until you receive our formal quote, to ensure that the information on the Purchase Order is accurate. We can not accept Purchase Orders that contain incorrect information.
Once you receive the Formal Price Quote, please provide us with a Purchase Order. For faster processing and fulfillment, we strongly recommend including all of the product-specific information contained on our formal quote. The Purchase Order will need to be in the full legal name of your organization and must include the following information:
- * Billing Contact
- * Billing Contact Phone Number
- * Billing Contact Email Address
- * Address that you would like the order shipped to
Please note that Net 30 Purchase Orders require a $100.00 purchase minimum (excluding shipping) and we require that any applicable shipping costs be specified on the PO.
Step 4: Submit Your Documentation
Please submit your Purchase Order and allow up to two business days for processing.
