I was shocked to receive my rollup vinyl chess board, a day early, before the delivery date. Shocking! And when I opened the package, I was shocked to see such a magnificent vinyl chess board. I immediately played a game of chess on it with my previously purchased Traditional Staunton Chess Pieces from Wholesale Chess. It was shocking to discover that both, the rollup vinyl chess board and the Traditional Staunton Chess Pieces were more than advertised. The whole thing has been a delightful, shocking experience. Perfect for what it is - an inexpensive, full size board. If you need a larger board for your own pieces, it's great. It does need some time to air out - the smell out of the package is very heavily solvent. Does disapate over time

These vinyl boards are indestructible and priced just right to keep a couple extras around. The green is my favorite as it is easy on the eyes and not the glaring, hideous green I have seen elsewhere.
