The Quality Chess Scorebook is an excellent scorebook for use in tournaments, clubs, informal games, or for studying chess. Each score book page has a place to record information about the players, the events, the game, the round, the chess tournament, ratings, and more.
Each scorebook holds 50 chess games and is spiral bound for easy access to your games and so you won't lose them. They also have a cardstock cover and back page for durability and protection. Each page holds 100 moves per sheet and has a blank diagram for special or adjourned positions. The spaces on the pages are 1/4" to provide ample writing space for old or young hands.
Excellent! Thank You!
Thses are fine scorebooks for the purpose. Cover is basically paper. Was hoping it would be more like card stock at least or a little heavier. But they are spiral bound and open easily, flip over and lay flat, which was why I chose these over the hard bound "book" style. 100 moves, chess diagram for final position and space for notes.
Easy to keep track of all my games I have going on. names, ratings, dates, etc. I love these scorebooks.
it is ok i thought the front and back would have been made out of cardboard or something you could hold and write on
I love this score book and the only reason I wouldn't give it 5 stars would be the fact that it should have detailed instructions on how to draw pieces or label different tags on the pages. Over all a wonderful tool!
Your items are always top notch continue with your great products and service
These books are very user friendly and include a small chessboard on page 2 to note final piece placement.
Overall I'm pleased with the scorebook. There's nothing exceptional about it - it's just your basic scorebook. It is nice to be able to keep all the games together unlike the tear out type books where it may be easier to loose pages. For the money it's worth it.
Just the basics. What more do you need? Paying more for something that you won't look at further than your next coaches review really doesn't make much sense. P.S. Paying shipping is still less than what you would pay at most chess stores.
