    Great Medals

Posted by Joe on 8th Apr 2016

I have 9 Divisions in my Annual Tri-School Chess Tournament that receive Gold, Silver, and Bronze Medals for each Division. The students love them and look forward each year for the medals. Robin helps me every year and the kids love them. I teach chess at different four different schools and at the end of the school your all schools come together for the Tri-School Tournament. Grades K thru 8 participate in the tournament. We ask for support from the local businesses for breakfast, snacks, and lunch. We have up too 95 students and over 250 parents, family, and friend come to the tournament each year. Thank you Robin and Wholesale Chess for your help and great medals. Joe

    chess medals

Posted by bob on 27th Mar 2014

I like the round chess medals on a ribbon to use as rewards for our in-class elementary school chess competitions. They are heavy, real metal, and the kids feel just like they won an Olympic medal. Downside is that the gold and bronze medals look very similar. The gold should be a lot brighter than the bronze, but it's not. If the kids pull on the medal, they will come off of the light duty rings that hold them on, but they are easy to put back if that happens.

I have also used them to accent chess trophies or plaques.

    Delightful chess tournament medals!

Posted by Unknown on 27th Mar 2014

These medals are made of real metal, nicely weighted, with actual red-white-blue gross grain ribbon, giving a sense of quality. I am really pleased. The only reason I did not give them a five star was because the sewing on the ribbon was somewhat sloppy. However, these more than meet our hopes and expectations. The images on the medals are really fun and well sculpted.

    Tournament Medals Kids Love

Posted by Joe Giles on 10th Feb 2014

Whole Sale Chess Medals give the tournament students something they can take with them back to school and show at parties. It was very interesting that these students would bring them to school and show all the other students. Great job

    Kids Love Them

It is something they can keep and put in their pocket if they want, not setting on self. It should be noted that these are 1st Grade to 5th Grades.
